Learning Calligraphy

Hello guys ! how are you? So recently I bought this Crayola calligraphy set. I actually didn’t know that Crayola made these kinds of things, I’m kinda surprised, there was even a blending marker set which was cool but I didn’t get it. Anyway I was really excited to use this set, it came with 8 colored markers, 2 brush tip markers, 2 gel pens, an instruction guide and also a tutorial book kind of thing with practice sheets and things.

So at first I started off with practicing letters and brush strokes, then as I progressed I started writing sentences, from then on I learnt more and more! However my writing is still really uneven and wonky which I’m working and practicing on.

I’m still not very good but I’m learning, here are a few pieces that I’ve made so far;

Anyway, that’s all for you guys today! I’ll keep ya’ll updated on my progress! Happy Halloween by the way! (there might be a Halloween special coming up :0) TOOODLESSS!!

Unicorn slime !!

I made this slime for my sister because she really likes the color pink ,this is a fluffy slime and is slightly glittery … I love it !! If you haven’t already seen my ‘how to make slime post’ , I highly recommend you check that out because it will help you when you are making slime!! the top also looks like icecream because of the texture of the clay I used to make the lid. I hope you like it:) TOODLES!!!

Needle Felt – Puffy the purple penguin

This is my first ever needle felt and it turned out great!!! So the story begins when i was roaming around a shop and then i found these craft needle felt kits !! there was so many cute and crafty ones to choose from but i ended up getting a mini penguin kit because it was my first time and all. I arrived home and started making it, I got a little bit clumsy and accidentally hurt my finger with the needle!!! From then on I took more caution and used a pencil to hold the wool instead of my finger. After a while i had a nice body and a head and attached them both together , I then added the purple wool and glued the eyes in.(this process took around 1 hr)After I was done i decided to make it a passport and call him puffy.Isn’t he cute!!

Cat Macaroon

I was inspired to make this by this youtuber i like to watch !!!.I made it using play doh rather than clay . i started of by making the maquaroon shells and adding texture to them i then made the cat and glued it on as well as the rasberry,i drew the face on with a marker and left it to dry. After dried you could use it as a phone stand or just leave it as a decoration etc. its very cute and simple and I’m going to be making similar things!20170630_095149753_iOS (2).jpg
